One of Enid’s largest parks, Meadowlake has something for everyone. The Kiwanis Club of Enid operates several rides on the grounds from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This includes the famous Meadowlake train and a carousel, which according to the National Carousel Association, was built in 1925 and has been in operation in Enid since 1928. The north side of the park also features the home of the Enid High School softball team, the Enid Pacers and a small play area for children. The south side features many picnic shelters, tennis courts, a horse-shoe area, and another playground. The park is also home to an annual 4th of July celebration.
In the far northeast corner of the park on the corner of South Van Buren and Rupe, you’ll find Meadowlake Park Miniature Golf and Sno-Cones. Have some golfing fun with the family and enjoy one of their many varieties of sno-cones!
